Client Onboarding Portal
When a new warehouse operator signs on with Mobileouf, the first week usually decides how smoothly the AGV fleet will run for the next few years. That first week is where most of the confusion happens: site surveys, floor markings, charging station placement, safety walkthroughs, and the handover of navigation maps. We built the Client Onboarding Portal to pull all of that into one place, so the customer sees exactly what happens next and who is responsible for each step.
The portal is not a marketing dashboard. It is a working document that tracks the physical setup of each deployment. For a recent project in Perak, the site team used it to log the exact positions of magnetic tape strips, the clearance around each charging dock, and the load-test results for the first pallet runs. Every entry is tied to a timestamp and a photo, so the customer can verify the work without walking the whole floor.
What makes the portal useful is the way it handles exceptions. When a forklift aisle turned out to be narrower than the original CAD drawing, the system flagged the discrepancy and routed the issue to the site engineer before the AGV even reached that zone. That kind of early warning saves days of rework, and it gives the customer a clear record of why a route was adjusted.
- Site survey checklists with photo attachments for each floor zone
- Live status of charging station installation and power line verification
- Navigation map version history with change reasons logged by the engineer
- Safety walkthrough sign-off, including emergency stop test results
- Load test reports for the first 50 pallet moves per AGV
The portal also sets the tone for the rest of the relationship. Once the customer sees that every claim is backed by a logged record, they tend to trust the maintenance reports and the fleet analytics that come later. It is a small piece of software, but it removes most of the friction that usually appears in the first month of a robotics deployment.
For the Perak rollout, the onboarding portal cut the average go-live time from eleven days to six, mostly by catching floor layout conflicts before the AGV was scheduled to run. The customer kept using the portal as a reference log for the first three months of operation.
