What counts as a verified deployment

Before you read through our references and case notes, here is how we define a completed installation, what we mean by uptime, and which claims we deliberately do not make.

What does "installed and running" mean in our references?

An installation is counted as live only after the AGV fleet has passed a two-week acceptance run on the customer's own floor, with the customer's pallets and load profiles. We do not count pilot units, lab demos, or temporary setups that were removed after testing.

How do we measure uptime for a mobile robot fleet?

Uptime is calculated per vehicle as the share of scheduled operating hours where the robot was available for task assignment, excluding planned charging windows and agreed maintenance slots. We report the fleet average, not the best single unit, and we state the measurement period alongside the number.

Why do we avoid publishing absolute throughput figures?

Throughput depends on aisle width, pallet weight, charging infrastructure, and the warehouse management system in use. A number without those parameters would be misleading. Instead, we describe the load class, the typical cycle time range, and the conditions under which the fleet was tested.

What is covered by the standard commissioning scope?

The standard scope includes floor survey, navigation path mapping, safety zone configuration, operator training for two shifts, and a documented handover checklist. It does not include racking modifications, Wi-Fi upgrades, or changes to the customer's WMS unless separately agreed.

How do we handle customer references and site visits?

References are listed only with the customer's written consent, and we keep the description limited to the equipment supplied and the operating context. Site visits are arranged through the customer directly, so you can ask about daily operation without our team present.

What does the warranty cover and what does it exclude?

The warranty covers parts and labour for defects in materials or workmanship on the AGV units and their onboard control systems. It excludes wear items such as drive wheels, castors, and battery cells, as well as damage caused by floor conditions outside the surveyed specification.
