Oscar leads the installation crews that bolt down magnetic tape, mount LiDAR units and wire the safety loops. He has coordinated live cutovers in operating warehouses where downtime was measured in minutes, not hours. His team keeps a running log of every bolt torque and cable route, so repeat installs get faster and cleaner.

Francisco writes the traffic management logic that keeps multiple AGVs from blocking each other in narrow aisles. He has tuned pathfinding for cold storage, cross-dock terminals and high-rack facilities. When a customer reports a deadlock at a junction, Francisco is the one who traces the log files and adjusts the priority rules.

From First Prototype to Floor-Ready Fleets

Mobileouf started in a rented Ipoh workshop with a single chassis and a stubborn idea: warehouse pallets should move themselves. The timeline below traces the decisions that shaped our current AGV lineup.

2019 - The First Chassis

We welded the first steel frame by hand and paired it with a second-hand motor controller. The unit carried a 1.2-tonne pallet across a 40-meter test lane at 0.8 m/s. It was slow, loud, and prone to drifting, but it proved the core concept.

2021 - LiDAR Navigation Pilot

After two years of magnetic tape trials, we switched to LiDAR-based SLAM for a food distributor in Shah Alam. The pilot ran three units over eight weeks and cut manual pallet moves by 62% on the packing line. That deployment set our current safety and mapping standards.

2023 - Heavy-Duty Line Launch

We released the HD-2000 series, rated for 2-tonne loads with dual-drive traction and automatic charging. The first batch went to a cement logistics hub in Perak, where the units run 18-hour shifts on polished concrete floors without re-taping.

2024 - Fleet Coordination Layer

Our in-house fleet manager software reached version 2.0, adding live traffic prioritization and WMS integration. A regional tire distributor now coordinates 14 AGVs across two halls, with a single operator overseeing task flow from a control desk.

2025 - Expansion into Johor

We opened a second service base in Johor Bahru to support clients along the southern industrial corridor. The team now handles on-site commissioning, spare parts stock, and remote diagnostics for fleets running more than 40 units in total.
