A typical Mobileouf AGV rollout runs in five defined stages. Each phase has a clear exit criterion, so you always know what is being tested, who signs off, and when the next step can start.
We measure your actual pallet dimensions, floor flatness, aisle widths, and door clearances. The output is a load profile document that lists every pallet type the AGV must carry, including edge cases like overhang and broken wrap.
Using the audit data, we map travel lanes, charging zones, and pickup/drop points. You get a simulation video showing traffic flow and estimated cycle times. No hardware is ordered until you approve the layout.
One AGV runs on your floor with a temporary magnetic or LiDAR map. We test load pickup, obstacle detection, and emergency stop response. This phase is about proving the robot works in your environment, not in a demo hall.
Additional units are added and connected to your warehouse management system. We configure task priorities, battery charging schedules, and traffic rules at intersections. The fleet runs in shadow mode while your team watches from a control dashboard.
Your floor supervisors and maintenance staff complete a two-day hands-on session. We cover daily checks, manual override, and fault recovery. Go-live happens only after your team passes a practical assessment on the live floor.

Send a short description of the fault, the vehicle ID and the floor area to info@mobileouf.com. We log every request and reply within one working day with a first diagnosis.
For planned maintenance or a recurring fault, we schedule a technician at your warehouse in Ipoh or anywhere in Perak. The visit window is confirmed by email before we travel.
Critical stops get a call back within 30 minutes during operating hours. Standard requests get a written reply within 24 hours. On-site arrival is agreed per contract, not guessed.
Common sensors, wheels and control boards are kept in local stock. If a part is not on the shelf, we tell you the lead time before you approve the order.

Workflow overview
Every warehouse has its own floor layout, pallet sizes, and shift rhythm. We keep the process structured so the robot system fits the building, not the other way around.
We measure aisle widths, door clearances, floor flatness, and the actual pallet dimensions your team handles. This gives us the payload rating, turning radius, and lift height the AGV needs before we propose anything.
Using the floor plan, we mark travel lanes, pickup and drop-off points, and charging stations. The goal is to keep the robot moving during peak hours and charging during breaks, so it does not compete with forklift traffic.
We connect the fleet controller to your WMS or ERP through standard interfaces. If you do not have a WMS, the AGV can run on manual task calls from a tablet or barcode scanner, whichever matches your current process.
Before full deployment, we run one transport lane for a few shifts. This shows how the robot behaves with real pallet loads, how operators interact with it, and where the workflow needs small adjustments.
Your floor staff learns how to call the robot, load and unload pallets, and handle error messages. We also train one maintenance person per shift on basic checks like wheel wear, sensor cleaning, and battery health.
After go-live, we review traffic data and adjust speeds, wait times, and task priorities. If your warehouse layout changes later, we can remap the routes without replacing the hardware. For questions during operation, our support team is available by phone or email.
