Typical deployment runs from four to eight weeks depending on floor size and how many robots you are adding. The first week is spent mapping the facility and marking charging zones. After that, we run the system alongside your existing forklift traffic for a few days before switching to full autonomous operation.
Our units handle standard concrete warehouse floors with a flatness tolerance of about 5 mm over 3 meters. Cracks, expansion joints, and slight slopes are fine as long as they are below 3 degrees. If your floor has deep grooves or heavy oil staining, we will do a site survey first and recommend a simple resurfacing before installation.
Yes. The standard Mobileouf transport unit handles loads up to 1,500 kg, and the heavy-duty variant goes up to 3,000 kg. Both models use a low-profile fork or roller deck, so they can pick up standard ISO pallets directly from the floor without extra lifting equipment.
Usually not. The robots are designed to work with existing racking and aisle widths of at least 2.4 meters. We only ask for a clear path around charging stations and a safe drop-off zone near the dispatch area. Most clients keep their current layout and just add painted guide lines or reflective markers.
Each robot reports its status to the fleet management software in real time. If one unit stops, the system reroutes other robots around it and sends an alert to your floor supervisor. Our support team can access the unit remotely to diagnose the issue, and most repairs are completed within one working day.
Every unit is fitted with LiDAR sensors and ultrasonic bumpers that stop the robot within 30 cm of an obstacle. The fleet software also limits speed in high-traffic zones and gives priority to pedestrian walkways. We train your staff on safe interaction during the first week of deployment.
