Why Mobileouf builds heavy-duty AGVs

How we deploy

Mobileouf exists to move the loads that break ordinary material handling equipment. We design automated guided vehicles for pallets weighing several tonnes, running on concrete floors in Malaysian warehouses where heat, dust and shift schedules are part of the job. Our mission is not to sell robots for the sake of automation, but to give logistics managers a dependable way to keep cargo flowing without adding headcount or risking worker injuries.

Warehouse partners we build with

Mobileouf works alongside logistics operators, pallet manufacturers, and distribution centers across Malaysia. These are the teams that test our AGVs on real concrete floors, under real shift pressure, and help us refine every safety protocol before a fleet goes live.

Perak Integrated Logistics

Pilot site for our first LiDAR-guided pallet mover, running two shifts daily since 2023.

Straits Cargo Handling

Deployed eight AGVs for cross-dock pallet transfer, cutting manual fork truck trips on the main aisle.

Kinta Valley Storage Group

Collaborated on a high-density racking layout where AGVs navigate narrow lanes between steel shelves.

Northport Distribution Services

Adopted our fleet management software to coordinate mixed traffic of robots and reach trucks.

Selangor Pallet Pooling Co.

Shared load-cell data from 12,000 pallet movements to improve our payload calibration routines.

Why Mobileouf builds robots for warehouse floors

We are a Malaysian engineering team focused on one problem: moving heavy pallets across large warehouse floors without relying on manual forklift traffic. Our AGVs are designed for concrete, dust, and shift work.

01

Engineered for heavy loads, not demos

Most of our testing happens on real warehouse floors in Perak, not in a showroom. We tune motor torque, braking distance, and floor clearance against the actual conditions our clients operate in: uneven concrete, narrow aisles, and pallets that weigh more than a small car.

02

Built around maintenance schedules

A robot that stops for two days costs more than the robot itself. That is why we design every Mobileouf unit with accessible battery bays, swappable sensor modules, and a service plan that matches your shift calendar, not ours.

03

Safety as a layout decision

We do not treat safety as a checkbox. Our engineers map pedestrian walkways, forklift routes, and emergency exits before a single robot goes live. The result is a floor plan where AGVs and people share space without constant stopping.

04

Local support, not a hotline

When a client in Johor or Penang has a fault code at 2 a.m., they reach a person who knows the machine. Our support team is based in Ipoh and can be on-site within a day for most of Peninsular Malaysia.

05

Transparent about limits

Not every warehouse needs an AGV. We say so during the first site visit. If your floor layout or load profile does not fit our systems, we will tell you before you spend money on hardware that will not pay off.
